The Rat Hole

So I bet y’all thought I forgot that it was Monday huh?
This is a concept for how I imagined the crystal from AI5 would look (crystal form of course). It kinda makes me think of one of the Evangelion Angels. The random geometric things are kinda random though. XD
Didn’t turn out too badly I guess.. But its still kinda just a scribbly idea not a real picture.

So there we go, pictures up. How was everyone’s first day back at school? I know mine didn’t go too badly. Though I found out that I can’t take Japanese as my general education paper next year; awww. Any suggestions? I thought maybe taking up basic Chinese could be cool.

Yeah so I didn’t draw much last week and I didn’t have anything publishable on Sunday. Tsk tsk tsk. Fortunately I drew this just in time.
This is a drawing of a random character in a story I havn’t talked about called Beta which follows the avatars of a group of beta testers in a MMORPG video game. Pistol and small machete are the starting weapons, those are just random clothes I put on him.
If you guys can agree on a good name for him I’ll change the title to reflect it, but for now hes just ‘Hero 1′ haha.

Got some fairly nice exam results in the past week which has been nice. Good to know I can scrape up some decent grades eh?
Only one more week until the holidays! Whos excited?

Thank you again to all the people that wished us a happy birthday; you guys really made it a wonderful year. And you wouldn’t believe the look on my Mother’s face when I read a card I got in the mail, “This year, I got you and ADULTS ONLY birthday gift.” Haha, it only contained electoral enrolment forms after all that. -_-;

Good luck for exams those of you that have them in the coming weeks. I still havn’t started studying and my first exam is Tuesday afternoon. Yaaayy…

And last but not least, happy birthday shout out to Xtina. Muahahaha. Every year a little bit older and (hopefully) wiser .

Here it is. It had to be done: Solomon in a half-coat with an automatic sniper-rifle. I can’t be bothered ruining my own picture this time; you guys can point out things wrong with the picture if you’d like. xD
Though I will pre-empt one thing: yes, his right (our left side) eye is supposed to be a star. Its another one of those pictures where to show two states of one person I’ve given half of him (in this case just one eye) the look of a less-normal state. Solomon is peculiar in that his race is both more affected by caffine than ours, and has the ability to store it within their body. Upon release, large ammounts of caffine flood the body, giving a massive boost to both his ability to stay awake (lol), and his precision. A useful trick for a sharpshooter, no? The star-eyes just show when hes boosted with caffine. Quite comical.
Upon consumption caffine for them has a slightly detrimental euphoria effect which when allowed to be expressed could be mistaken for being happily drunk. xD Naturally, Solomon’s favourite drink is the popular wider-realm super energy drink: Splish.
Aaannd… thats about all I can be bothered going into right now. Hes the youngest of the Legion members at only 11. Hes not only good with guns but is also a whiz-kid with computers and system design.

The more observant of you may have already noticed the new link that went up on the right earlier last week: Arrow’s Anthology. Yup thats right, Arrow has their own site now, full of random poems. Its always nice to have another producer on the net. Go check it out some time.
Along side that you’ll see Andie Mortis’ (Sarah Salvador’s) youtube page as a link where you can watch her songs. Shes quite talented for someone that young (despite the low quality recordings >.<; ). Have a listen, maybe subscribe if you like them.
